Lunch Orders Open, PTF No Uniform Day, Class Pictures and more

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of April 5th - 16th are open. Orders will close at the end of the day Thursday, April 1st.
 
Lower School Class Pictures: Lower School class pictures are scheduled to be taken on Wednesday, March 17th. Please make sure that your child(ren) is on time as there will be no make-up day for class pictures. Please have your child(ren) wear a red polo and uniform bottoms on this day. Preschool students do not have to wear uniform attire. If your child is in Ms. Ana’s Tuesday/Thursday class, pictures are scheduled for Tuesday, March 16th.
 
Town Hall Tonight: Mr. Carson will host a town hall style meeting/presentation tonight at 6:00pm. Families are welcome to attend in person, in the gym, with masks and social distancing. PTF No Uniform Day:  The March PTF No Uniform Day fundraiser is this Thursday, March 18th. Students may bring $5 with them and pay at the door. You may also pay online with Square (https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/) until 3:00pm 
Wednesday, March 17th. On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps, sportswear including athletic shorts (shorts must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops, pajamas, or costumes. Dress must be modest and neat. 
 
Kids Run Arkansas Virtual Run: Kids Run Arkansas® is going virtual this year! Kids Run Arkansas® is presented by Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center and the title sponsor is Groovy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. For the virtual event, participants can complete the 1-mile or 3-mile run/walk anytime April 17 - 24.This link will take you directly to the Run Sign-Up registration link: https://runsignup.com/Race/AR/Conway/KidsRunArkansas

 Each year, the schools with the highest percentage of participation are awarded scholarships for their physical education programs. In 2019, over 1,000 participated from 43 different schools across Arkansas with $8,000 in scholarships awarded!
 
Kanakuk KampOut: Save the date and mark your calendars for June 28-July 2.CCS will be hosting Kanakuk KampOut Day Kamp Adventure this year. Sign up now! Register at www.cometokamp.com  
 
We will need 12 families to host the Kanakuk staff (6 homes for guys & 6 for the gals, 3 counselors per home). If you are interested in hosting, please contact Shari Hameister before May 14th at shameister@conwaychristianschool.net.
