Lunch Orders Open, Thanksgiving Feast, Grandparents Day and more

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for November 11-22 are open. The deadline to order is Thursday, November 7th.  Please check your child's schedule before finalizing your lunch order.

PreK - 5th Grade Thanksgiving Feast: The Lower School Thanksgiving feast will be Friday, November 22. Preschool - 5th grade parents may order the Thanksgiving Feast meal using their Parent’s Portal (RenWeb) account through Thursday, November 7th. Classes will eat in the lunchroom at their regular lunch time. Half day preschool students will eat at 11:30 with the other preschool and kindergarten classes and will also be able to order through Parent’s Portal (RenWeb). PTF will provide drinks. Dessert will be provided by home room moms, and will be served in the classroom following students’ regular lunch time. Parents are invited to have dessert in the classroom with the students. 

Grandparents Day/Early Dismissal: Grandparents Day is this Friday, November 1st. Please see the attached invitation for the event schedule. Lower School will dismiss at 11:45. Upper School will dismiss at noon. 

CCS Book Fair: Visit the CCS Book Fair in the lower school media center going on now through Friday, November 1st following Grandparents Day activities. 

7th Grade and Jr High Football Volunteers Needed: We need your help at our final home game of the regular football season this Thursday night as our Eagles take on Magnet Cove at Mission Field. Click  here  to support our Eagles football teams by working admissions, concessions, etc.

December 5: CCS Spelling Bee for 4th - 8th grade
December 10: Choir Christmas Concert @ 6:30 pm at Harlan Park Baptist Church
December 17: Lower School Christmas Musical @ 6:30 pm in the gym for 2nd - 5th grade & 6th grade Honors Choir; Jr/Sr High Band will begin playing Christmas carols at 6:00 pm
December 20: PreK - 1st grade Christmas program @ 9:30 in the gym
December 20: Early Dismissal: LS @ 11:45, US @ 12:00
