Volleyball State Tournament at Cutter Morning Star, game starts at 3:00
 
Wednesday, October 28
Volleyball State Tournament at Cutter Morning Star, game starts at 6:00 (if advanced from Tuesday’s game)
 
Thursday, October 29
Volleyball State Tournament at Cutter Morning Star, game starts at 4:00 (if advanced from Wednesday’s game)
 
Friday, October 30
Football @ Magazine, game starts at 7:00
 
Saturday, October 31
Volleyball State Tournament at Hot Springs Convention Center, game starts at 4:30 (if advanced from Thursday’s game)
  
SCHOOL ACTIVITIES:  Upper School Office: 501-336-9772.
 
PSAT Testing:  Thursday, October 29, for the 10th and 11th grade students. Thursday will be a digital learning day for ALL SENIORS...they will not attend school due to the PSAT.
 
Early Dismissal: Wednesday, October 28, will be an early dismissal day due to Teacher professional development. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m.
 
PTF No Uniform Day Fundraiser - Due to the PSAT being given on Thursday, October 29, the 7th - 12th grade students will not participate in the $5 PTF No Uniform Day Fundraiser on that day.  We will postpone our participation to Monday, November 2.
 
Student Picture Retakes/Makeup:  Wednesday, November 4, Wingard Photography will be on campus for retakes and/or makeup pictures.
 
Operation Christmas Child Outreach:  It’s 2020, and one thing we have learned during the last few COVID months is that you have to get creative in order to do certain things. Well, our annual participation in Operation Christmas Child is no exception. Normally, the 7th through 12th graders go to the Go Store here in Conway and pack a shoebox for OCC. Unfortunately, we are unable to do that this year, so the Go Store is coming to us! We will have our own packing party here on campus for participating students on November 11-12. The price to pack a box is $10. We are asking the students to begin bringing that money during the week of November 2-6. Students are encouraged to pack at least one box, but two or more would be amazing!  If you have any further questions please contact Kim Smith at ksmith@conwaychristianshool.net.
 
State Volleyball Tournament:  If you are interested in attending any of the State VB Tournament games to cheer on our CCS girls, you will have to purchase a ticket. There will be NO walk-ups other than AAA passes, tickets must be purchased here at:
 
Gymnasium floor:  We will be having the gym floor resurfaced starting on Friday, October 30, at 2:00 p.m. through Monday, November 2 at 7:30 a.m.  The gym will be closed to outside traffic all weekend – no exceptions.  Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
