Lunch Orders Open *(please see note for 5th grade and Upper School finals schedule), PTF No Uniform
November 19, 2025
Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of December 8th - 19th are now open. Orders will close on Thursday, December 4th.
- 5th grade students should not order lunch for Wednesday, December 17th as they will be off campus during their lunch period.
- If you have a child in 7th - 12th grade, please check their finals schedule before placing lunch orders. We will not be able to credit lunch orders placed during finals week.
PTF No Uniform Day: The November PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be TOMORROW, Thursday, November 20th. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/
On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts of uniform length, and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.
Early Dismissal and Extended Care: We will have early dismissal on Wednesday, December 3rd for teacher/staff professional development. Elementary students will be dismissed at 11:45. Sixth - 12th grade students will be dismissed at noon.
Extended Care will be available for preschool - 5th grade students who are not registered with the extended care program during professional development from 11:45a.m. - 3:00p.m.
Due to very limited space, ALL parents planning to use extended care during the professional development hours MUST reserve a spot by TOMORROW,Thursday, November 20th. This includes students currently enrolled in our after school program.
Please contact Kristie Burford at kburford@conwaychristianschool.net before the deadline to reserve your child’s spot. We will not be able to accept students without a reservation for the professional development extended care hours.
Extended Care for students that are registered with the extended care program will be available until 5:30p.m.
School lunch will not be provided. Please send a sack lunch with your child if they are staying.
Yearbook Ads: If you or your business is interested in buying a business ad for this year's yearbook, please fill out this Google Form or email Ava Portwood (aportwood@conwaychristianschool.net) or Hannah Crow (hcrow@conwaychristianschool.net).
Senior Ads: If you would like to buy a senior recognition ad in the yearbook, please email Katie Owens (kowens@conwaychristianschool.net) or fill out the Google Form that was emailed to parents. The deadline to purchase senior ads is December 10!
Yearbook Photos: If you have photos from any school events, please submit them for consideration for the yearbook using this link.

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of November 17th - December 5th are now open. This order period includes the week following Thanksgiving Break. Orders will close at the end of the day on Thursday, November 13th.
Priority Enrollment: If you have a child who is not currently enrolled at CCS and would like to fill out an application for next year, now is the time! Our priority enrollment period for current families is now open, and spots are filling up very quickly, so we need your application no later than this Friday, November 7th. We anticipate waiting pools in most grades but want to give our existing families the first opportunity for placement. After November 14th, all available spots will be open to new families.
If you'd like to apply for a new student for next year, please visit the school's homepage and click the ENROLL NOW link. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact a member of our admissions team, Arthur Bennet, Austin Trembley or Sherry Rowlett.
Reminder: This is NOT our annual re-enrollment process for current students. Re-enrollment for currently enrolled students will begin in mid-January. We will send out re-enrollment information and instructions for currently enrolled students after we return from Christmas break.
Veterans Day Chapel: A special chapel service honoring our veterans will be held at 8:30am on Tuesday, November 11th in the school auditorium. If you have served in the military or are currently serving, we invite you and your family to this special service. We encourage you to invite family members and friends who have served our country. We would like to recognize and personally thank them for their service and sacrifice. Veterans are invited to enjoy pastries, fruit and coffee beginning at 8:00.
If you or your veteran will need handicapped parking or assistance getting into the building that morning, please email srowlett@conwaychristianschool.net. We will have staff on hand to help in any way needed.
