Eagle's Ledge - Intermediate/High School Announcements

Announcements:

Tuesday, November 12th, will be a $2 no uniform day for 6th-12th grade only. Money can be turned in to Mrs. Turner at the office that morning. On no uniform days, students may wear sportswear including athletic pants or shorts (must be uniform length) and jeans (no jeggings/leggings or holes). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear hats or hoodies. Dress must be modest and neat.

Operation Christmas Child Schedule:

Friday, November 15th

• 7th grade - 9:45 am-11:15 am
• 6th grade - 1:00 pm-2:30 pm (Brister & Teague)

Monday, November 18th

• 10th grade - 9:45 am-11:15 am
• 6th grade - 1:00 pm-2:30 pm (Salazar & Groce)

Tuesday, November 19th

• 11th grade - 9:45 am-11:15 am
• 8th grade - 11:30 am-1:00 pm

Thursday, November 21st

• 9th grade - 11:30 am-1:00 pm 

The average cost to pack a shoebox is $10-$12. It costs $10 for shipping a box, if any student is interested in paying for that as well. They may give the money for shipping to Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Mooney, or Mrs. Redmond. Participation is not mandatory.

Purchasing a senior ad is a great way to support this year's seniors. If you'd like to purchase, the deadline is December 6th, and the designs have to be sent in by January 17th. After December 6th the price of the ads will go up, so please order before the deadline! The link to order a senior ad is below. The health and safety of our students, faculty and staff is of utmost importance to us. Please help us prevent the spread of sickness by following the guidelines set forth in the Student Handbook. 

• Any child that has been vomiting must be kept home for 24 hours from the last incident. 
• If your child has fever, he/she must be fever free without the aid of medication for 24 hours. Please review the guidelines below:

The school reserves the right to exclude any student whose physical condition interferes with the ability to learn or exposes other students to potential communicable disease in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Health. Children Must Be Kept Home From School: 

• if they have a temperature over 100 degrees (temperature should be normal for 24 hours without the aid of medication before returning to school). Confirmed cases of flu require up to 48 hours without fever before the student may return to school.
• if they have had vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours
• if they have an undiagnosed rash
• if they have a contagious cold with watery nose, glassy eyes, and persistent cough or sneeze if they have weeping or bleeding lesions that cannot be covered or effectively controlled with medication

Playoff Game info: 

Tickets for Friday's game must be purchased online. We will not be accepting any cash at the gate. You may purchase tickets using the link below:

Prices for tickets are $8 general admission. Everyone (ages 5 and over) are required to have a ticket upon entering the admissions gate, except workers for the game. We are also needing additional Concessions workers, if interested you can sign up here:
