Lunch Orders Due, PTF No Uniform Day, Spring It On Dance & Auction and More

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of March 2nd–13 are due by the end of the day this Thursday, February 26th.
- Please place your lunch orders using your Family Portal account through the FACTS website. Please contact April McDaniel at amcdaniel@conwaychristianschool.net if you have trouble placing your order.
- 2nd grade students should not order lunch for March 6th. They will be on a field trip that day.
- 4th grade students should not order lunch for March 5th. They will be on a field trip that day.
PTF No Uniform Day: The February No Uniform Day is this Thursday, February 26th. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/
On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts of uniform length, and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.
Spring It On Dance and Auction: Please join us for a family night out at PTF's 4th Annual Spring It On Sneaker Dance & Auction on Friday, March 6th in the CCS Auditorium from 6pm-8pm.
The auction will be online, and items can be viewed at the event. For those who are present, we will have door prizes, including two $250 scholarships for tuition for the 2026-2027 school year.
You don’t want to miss these amazing auction items including: diamond earrings, a sightseeing flight, class bounce house parties, a F1BB Goldendoodle puppy and so much more!
Tuition Assistance Available for the 2026–2027 School Year:
- ACE Arkansas Scholarships: Applications are NOW OPEN. Students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade are eligible to apply. - Arkansas LEARNS Act: Applications for the 26/27 school year will open in March. The date and link to apply will be communicated soon.
2025 Payment Summary for Tax Documents: You may print your 2025 payment summary from your Family Portal by following these steps:
Go to Financial Home → Click “View Details” beside Payment Plans & Billing → Select the blue “View Payment Summary” box → Be sure “2025” is selected in the dropdown menu → Click “Print” in the upper right-hand corner.

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of March 2nd - 13th are now open. Orders will close at the end of the day on Thursday, February 26th.
- Unfortunately, the FACTS Family app is down again. Please place your lunch orders using your Family Portal account through the FACTS website. Please place your orders as soon as possible, and contact April McDaniel at amcdaniel@conwaychristianschool.net if you have trouble placing your order.

Life Choices “Change for Life” Fundraiser: Baby bottles (kindergarten - 6th grade) and plastic baggies (7th - 12th grade) are going home today. Students who return their bottles/baggies tomorrow, Thursday, February 19th, may participate in tomorrow’s no uniform day. Please return all bottles, filled or unfilled, as they are the property of Life Choices.
Spring It On Dance and Auction: Please join us for a family night out at PTF's 4th Annual Spring It On Sneaker Dance & Auction on Friday, March 6th, in the CCS Auditorium from 6pm-8pm. 3rd Quarter LEARNS Funding: LEARNS accounts were funded on February 3. Please login to your ClassWallet account and approve the payment request.

Snow Day Lunch Credits: Once lunch credits are applied to your FACTS account, you will receive an email titled “Conway Christian School Prepay Account Activity Change Notice.” You will apply the credit when ordering lunches on the “Make a Payment” screen by selecting your payment method, then scrolling down to select the available credit.

PTF NO Uniform Day: The January No Uniform Day has been rescheduled to this Thursday, February 5th. If you haven't already paid for the January No Uniform Day, you may pay at the Elementary or Upper School office Thursday morning, or pay online through the PTF's Square account. https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/.
