Early Dismissal Tomorrow: We will have early dismissal for our first day of school tomorrow. If you have students in elementary only, we will dismiss at 11:30 so please use the elementary side traffic loop or park in a designated space if you need to sign out a PK student. If you have students in intermediate or high school only, we will dismiss at noon. If you have students at both campuses, we will watch your elementary student(s) that are in 4th and 5th grade until about 11:50, then teachers will take them to the flag poles outside of the intermediate school. You may pick up all of your students at noon when the older students are dismissed. If you have students in 3rd and down, along with upper school students, you will need to pick them up at 11:30 then swing around to the upper school lot. If you arrive before noon and are picking up students in the intermediate or high school, please park in the upper school parking lot. 

School Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for August 19th - 30th are due by the end of the day this Thursday, August 15th. Instructions for creating your lunch orders are attached. If you have any questions concerning lunch orders, please contact Jill Bausom at jbausom@conwaychristianschool.net.  

Lunch Deliveries: We will not be accepting deliveries from DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, or other restaurant delivery services at either campus this year. Student lunches may only be delivered by a parent or other person listed on the student’s emergency contact list. 

Traffic: We have almost 700 students enrolled this fall so that means traffic will have more volume than last year (620 total students). Please be patient and allow for plenty of time to drop off and pick up your students, especially the first week of school. We will have an ample amount of administration and staff assisting you and the students but the first few days are going to be a little hectic as always with everyone figuring out traffic patterns. Note, if you are exiting the upper school side that is now one lane and a RIGHT TURN ONLY. 

Meet the Eagles - Want to meet all the Conway Christian athletes?!?! Well, this is your event! Make plans to come to Mission Field from 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Friday, August 16th to meet our student athletes.
