Important Dates for Intermediate/Upper School for Fall Semester-Winter Term

  • Monday, September 1st: LABOR DAY-NO SCHOOL

  • Friday, September 19th: Parent/Teacher Conferences (no students)

  • Friday, September 26th: Homecoming

  • October 6-10: FALL BREAK

  • Tuesday, October 14th NACCAP Christian College Fair: 9th through 12th graders will visit the fair at designated times. School will run as usual.

  • Wednesday, October 22nd: PSAT 8th-11th graders 8am-12pm; Seniors Outreach; Noon Dismissal for PD

  • Tuesday, October 28th: ACT District Test 10th-12th graders. 9th graders Outreach; 9th-12th will be dismissed after ACT and Outreach.6th-8th grade will have class as usual except for activity periods.

  • Thursday, October 30th: Family Fun Night

  • Friday, October 31st: Senior Night

  • Monday and Tuesday, November 3-4: FRESHMAN RETREAT (I am looking at moving to Camp Beaverfork for FR, but will need more help with chaperones spending the night. Please let me know if you would be available to chaperone a cabin-2 chaperones per cabin.)

  • November 24-28: THANKSGIVING BREAK

  • December 1-5: Concurrent Finals

  • December 15-18: Regular Finals

  • December 19th: Last Day of Fall Semester

  • December 22nd-January 2nd: CHRISTMAS BREAK

  • January 5th: Teacher PD-No Students

  • January 6th-9th: WINTER TERM 9th-12th graders
