Back to School Forms: Every student must have a fully completed student information card and liability waiver on file with the school office each year. If you have not already done so, please complete and return all Student Information cards, Liability Waivers, and other required forms immediately. You may click here to find back to school forms on our website.

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of September 2nd - 13th are due by the end of the day this Thursday, August 29th. If you have any questions concerning your lunch orders, please contact Jill Bausom at jbausom@conwaychristianschool.net.  

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The August PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be this Thursday, August 29th. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts of uniform length, and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat. 

2023-24 IOWA Assessments Test Results: The IOWA Assessments 2023-2024 test results are being sent home today. Please check your child’s folder for their test results.  

Elementary Bowl-A-Thon: Conway Christian School PTF is excited to present the 2024 Bowl-A-Thon. This is a CCS fundraiser that promotes fun, health and fitness. Bowl-A-Thon T-shirts can be ordered through the PTF Square Site: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/ Bowl-A-Thon T-shirt orders are due Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Noon. 

Want to be a Bowl-A-Thon Sponsor?: Business sponsorships are available at the following levels (sponsorships can be split between multiple students):

• Gold Sponsor ($500): Business highlighted on one bowling lane at the event, promoted on school-wide email and on Facebook page.
• Silver Sponsor ($250): Business promoted on school-wide email and on Facebook page.

This will be a tax-deductible advertisement for the business! Business sponsorship payments may be made online through the PTF square site https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site or you can pay by check.  Please make all checks payable to Conway Christian PTF.

2nd annual CCS Legacy Shirt/Sweatshirt: CCS Legacy shirts and sweatshirts are available for preorder at the PTF Square site linked below. Orders are due Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Noon.  

Proceeds will go towards kicking off this year’s PTF teacher appreciation fund which provides classroom supplies, lunches, break room treats, and other assistance throughout the year.

Eagles Nest: The Eagles Nest will be open for in-store shopping on Friday mornings from 7:45-8:45 am. Please enter from the exterior door that is between the intermediate and high school building. You may also order from our online store beginning August 21st.  When shopping online, please be sure to put your student’s name and grade in the Notes section, we will send your orders home with your student.

Support our Booster Club as you shop at Kroger!! Our Organization Number is DG505.  Kroger will donate a percentage of every purchase to our Athletic Program.

Immunization Reminder: If you have a kindergarten or 7th grade student, they are due for their updated immunizations. We need a copy of their updated immunization record once those have been completed.  All students opting out of the required vaccines should submit their exemption letter for 2024-2025 school year as soon as possible.
