Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the week of February 2nd–13 are now open. Orders will close at the end of the day on Thursday, January 29th.

CCS Sickness Policy: The health and safety of our students, faculty and staff is of the utmost importance to us. Please help us prevent the spread of sickness by following the guidelines set forth in the Student Handbook.

• Any child that has been vomiting must be kept home for 24 hours from the last incident.
• If your child has fever, he/she must be fever free without the aid of medication for 24 hours. Please review the guidelines below:

The school reserves the right to exclude any student whose physical condition interferes with the ability to learn or exposes other students to potential communicable disease in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Health.

Children Must Be Kept Home From School:

• If they have a temperature over 100 degrees (temperature should be normal for 24 hours without the aid of medication before returning to school).
• Confirmed cases of flu require up to 48 hours without a fever before the student may return to school.
• If they have had vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours
• If they have an undiagnosed rash
• If they have a contagious cold with a watery nose, glassy eyes, and persistent cough or sneeze, if they have weeping or bleeding lesions that cannot be covered or effectively controlled with medication.

Inclement Weather Lunch Credits: If school is canceled due to inclement weather, a credit will be issued to your lunch account in Family Portal for any lunches that were ordered. You may apply the credit to future lunch orders.

CCS Winter Formal Information: Our student council has put together a form that ALL CCS students who plan to attend the 2026 Winter Formal must fill out. When students fill out the form, they'll find two other helpful links, one for the Guest Recommendation form all students who are bringing a guest to Winter Formal must turn in by January 26th, and one for the Square Site to purchase tickets. Yearbook Photos: If you have photos from any school events, please submit them for consideration for the yearbook using this link.
