Early Dismissal: We will have early dismissal this Friday, the last day of school. Elementary students will be dismissed at 11:45. Intermediate and high school students will be dismissed at noon. 

Medication Pick-Up: Please stop by the office before noon this Friday, May 17th, to pick up any medicine your child might still have in the office from the school year. 2024-25 Book Lists and Supply Lists: School Supply Lists and Book Lists for the 2024-25 school year are now posted on the school website here. Please be sure to check out the Back to School page for important information, significant dates and forms necessary to begin the new school year.

Mountain Biking Try-it-Out Information: Never been mountain biking? Curious to learn? Join coaches and riders from the Conway Bearcats to learn the basics of mountain biking. This is for any student going into 5th - 12th grade this fall. 

• When: Tuesday, May 14th at 6:00pm
• Where: Pompe Park (across from Ace Hardware)
• What to Bring: Bring a parent! Bring a bike and helmet if you have it. No bike? No Problem! There will be plenty of loaners.

Spirit Day: Our annual Spirit Day for grades kindergarten through 6th grade will be Thursday, May 16th from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.  We are celebrating the end of another great year here at Conway Christian and have several fun activities planned for your children.  

Here are a few things you need to know to help your child have a safe, fun-filled day:

• Students will receive their spirit day t-shirts (if one was ordered) on or before Tuesday, May 14th to wear on spirit day. Students may wear uniform length athletic shorts with their spirit day t-shirt and shoes suitable for outdoor play. If your student didn’t order a spirit day t-shirt, they may wear any CCS t-shirt on Spirit Day.
• Students will need to bring their lunch to school. 
• The students will be spending part of their time in the sun. If they burn easily, please send sunscreen.
• Paletas (homemade ice cream bars from Las Delicias) will be served to all kids during the activities. A dairy free option will be available. 
• Activities for grades K-6th will NOT include water activities this year.

Elementary Awards Assembly: The elementary (1st - 5th grade) awards assembly will be in the auditorium on Thursday, May 16th beginning at 9:30am. This assembly should be over between 10:30 - 11:00 am.
