Additional Early Dismissal Dates: We will have early dismissal for teacher development and planning on September 11th and November 6th. On these dates, elementary students will be dismissed at 1:30 and upper school students will be dismissed at 1:45.

On these early dismissal days, Extended Care will be available for preschool - 6th grade students who are not registered with the extended care program from 1:30 - 3:00. Please contact Kristie Burford at kburford@conwaychristianschool.net by this Friday, September 6th if you will be using this service for the professional development days ONLY. Extended Care for students that are registered with the extended care program will be available until 6:00pm as usual.

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of September 16th - 27th are now open. Orders will close at the end of the day on Thursday, September 12th.

Elementary Bowl-A-Thon: Conway Christian School PTF is excited to present the 2024 Bowl-A-Thon. This is an elementary school fundraiser that promotes fun, health and fitness. The PTF's goal is for each student to raise at least $100.00 in pledges. The money raised will help support the library, teacher education and enrichment, student events and various school projects. The Bowl-A-Thon will take place at Maly's Entertainment on Thursday, September 19th. K-2nd will bowl from 9am-10:30am and 3rd-5th will bowl from 12:45pm-2:15pm. Parents are welcome to attend! Want to be a Bowl-A-Thon Sponsor?: Business sponsorships are available at the following levels (sponsorships can be split between multiple students):

• Gold Sponsor ($500): Business highlighted on one bowling lane at the event, promoted on school-wide email and on Facebook page.

•  Silver Sponsor ($250): Business promoted on school-wide email and on Facebook page.

If you have a business and would like to be a sponsor, you can do so online or contact PTF at ptf@conwaychristianschool.net. All donations/sponsorships are due September 13th.

 2nd annual CCS Legacy Shirt/Sweatshirt: CCS Legacy shirts and sweatshirts are available for preorder at the PTF Square site linked below. The order due date for the Legacy shirts has been extended to noon this Friday, September 6th.  

Proceeds will go towards kicking off this year’s PTF teacher appreciation fund which provides classroom supplies, lunches, break room treats, and other assistance throughout the year.  https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site 

Eagles Nest: The Eagles Nest will be open for in-store shopping on Friday mornings from 7:45-8:45 am. Please enter from the exterior door that is between the intermediate and high school building. You may also order from our online store beginning August 21st.  When shopping online, please be sure to put your student’s name and grade in the Notes section, we will send your orders home with your student.

 Support our Booster Club as you shop at Kroger!!
