Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of December 18th - January 12th are now open. This order includes the last couple of days of 7th - 12th grade semester tests and the week we return from Christmas break. Please check your child’s test schedule before placing your lunch orders. Lunch orders cannot be credited once the order has been placed. Orders will close at the end of the day Thursday, December 14th.

• 11th and 12th grade students should NOT order lunches for January 4th - 10th due to their Winter Term schedule
• 9th and 10th grade students should check the email you received from Mrs. Lea confirming your location during Winter Term before placing your orders for January 4th - 10th

Priority Enrollment Reminder: Priority enrollment for NEW students of current families ends December 20th. If you have a child who is not currently enrolled at CCS and would like to fill out an application for next year, now is the time! After December 20th, all available spots will be open to new applicants. Reminder: This is not our annual re-enrollment process. Re-enrollment for currently enrolled students will begin in mid-January. We will send out notification when it's time to re-enroll your current student(s). 

Preschool - 1st Grade Christmas Program Reminder: The PK3 - 1st grade Christmas program is Wednesday, December 13th at 9:00am in the auditorium. You may park in the lot between the football and baseball fields, or the elementary or high school parking lots and enter the building from the main entrance of Building D which faces east toward the baseball field.

Eagle Head Croc Charms for Sale: PTF is selling eagle head croc charms! They are available for purchase through December 12th for $5 each on the PTF square website (https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/ ) and will be sent home with your child. If you would like to purchase them as a gift or stocking stuffer, they will be available to purchase in person at the elementary office on Wednesday, December 13th from 8:00 am until 11:00 am and on Wednesday, December 20th from 8:00 am until 10:00 am.

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The December PTF no uniform day fundraiser is next Tuesday, December 12th. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

Eagles Nest: When purchasing online, please put your child’s name and teacher/grade in the Notes section before purchasing and we will send your order home with them. If their name is not listed, we do not know who to send it home with!

Eagles Nest will be open for instore shopping on Fridays from 7:45-8:45 am. Please enter from the exterior door that is between the intermediate and high school building. 

From November 27th-December 19th if the Friday hours for in-store shopping do not work for you please reach out to Callie Heater and you can make an appointment to come shop! Also, be sure to follow us on Instagram for updates on new arrivals (@thenestconwaychristian) 

If you order anything from Eagles Nest that is a Christmas gift and you don’t want it sent home with your child, please email directly to Callieheater@conwaychristianschool.net  and we will be glad to have it ready for you to pick up at your convenience!
