Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of February 26th - March 8th will close at the end of the day TOMORROW, Thursday, February 22nd.

• Preschool students should not order lunch for Friday, March 8th as their lunch will be provided for them. 

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The February PTF no uniform day will be next Tuesday, February 27th. Elementary students may pay at the door Tuesday morning. Students in 6th - 12th grade may pay Mrs. Turner in the high school office. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts (must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings or holes). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.

Booster Club Fundraiser: The CCS Booster Club is hosting a fundraiser with Hungry Howie’s Pizza next Tuesday, February 27th between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Hungry Howie’s is donating a percentage of ALL sales between 4:00 and 8:00. You do not need to mention the school or use a special code. There is no dine-in option available, but you may order for carryout online or through their mobile app and pick up at their drive-thru window. You may also order for delivery.  

Eagles Nest: Our Online Store is open!! When purchasing online, please put your students name and teacher/grade in the Notes section before purchasing and we will send your order home with them. We will be open for in person shopping on Friday mornings from 7:45-8:45.

Valentine’s Day: Preschool - 5th grade students may wear valentine shirts or Conway Christian t-shirts and blue jeans tomorrow in honor of Valentine’s Day parties. 

If you would like to have a Valentine delivered to the school, please have it delivered at the end of the day. All gifts must be delivered to the office and will remain there until the end of the day.

Re-Enrollment Deadline this Friday: To confirm re-enrollment and hold your student’s spot for the 2024-25 school year, please log into your Family FACTS account and pay the re-enrollment fee by Friday, February 16th, if it’s not set up for autopay. This enrollment season features waiting pools in many grades for next school year. Due to capacity limitations, we need families to secure their spots by our Friday deadline or those spots will become available for families in our waiting pool beginning next week. If you have a viable reason to extend your deadline, please contact the business office (mhogue@conwaychristianschool.net) before this Friday’s deadline. There is no additional paperwork necessary to re-enroll your child.

• Log into Family Portal
• Select Financial Menu
• Under Financial Links, select Financial Home.  The FACTS tuition billing page will open as a pop-up window
• Re-enrollment Fees are located in the section “Incidental Expenses”

Grandparents Day: Grandparents Day for PK-Elementary is this Friday, February 16th. Students should wear their school uniforms this Friday in honor of Grandparents Day. 

Due to anticipated limited seating in the auditorium, we ask that any parent who needs to attend please plan on standing. If you have a grandparent that will require handicap parking, please email Kelly Burbank at kburbank@conwaychristianschool.net by this Thursday, February 15th so we will have adequate handicap parking available for all who need it. Please park in the lot between the athletic fields along with the upper school lot and use the main entrance to building D or the entrance to building C for this event.

The preschool program will begin at 8:00. The Kindergarten - 5th grade program will begin at 9:00 in the auditorium. PK activities will be held in the elementary school. Schedules for PK classes will be communicated through the teacher. Students in grades 6th-12th will have an AMI day.

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of February 26th - March 8th are now open. Orders will close Thursday, February 22nd. 

Tuition Assistance Applications for 2024-2025: Applications for needs-based tuition assistance are now open.  There are two applications to be completed this year, both through FACTS Grant and Aid.  The Conway Christian Tuition Assistance Application can be found here: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid.  The application for ACE Arkansas can be found here:  https://online.factsmgt.com/grant-aid/inst/4NF04/landing-page.   Applications and required supporting documentation must be submitted no later than April 16th. It is strongly recommended that families applying for tuition assistance complete both the CCS and ACE Arkansas applications by the deadline.

Eagles Nest: Eagles Nest will be open for Grandparents Day next Friday, February 16th from 7:45-12PM and we will have 20% off store wide! We hope to see you there!
