Lunch Orders Open, PTF No Uniform Day and more

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch Orders for the weeks of December 7th - 18th are now open. Orders will close the end of the day Thursday, December 3rd.
Lower School PTF No-Uniform Day: Due to the Thanksgiving Feast at the Lower School this Thursday, the November PTF No Uniform Day fundraiser for the Lower School is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, November 18th. Students may bring $5 with them and pay at the door. On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps, sportswear including athletic shorts (shorts must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops, pajamas, or costumes. Dress must be modest and neat. The Upper School no uniform day is this Thursday, November 19th.

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of November 16th - December 4th will close at the end of the day this Thursday, November 12th.
Lower School Thanksgiving Feast Orders Due: Thanksgiving Feast orders are due by the end of the day this Thursday, November 12th. Instructions for ordering lunches are attached.
Health Guidelines Reminder: As winter approaches, along with it comes the flu, cold and strep season along with the COVID pandemic. Because of this, we’d like to remind you of the health guidelines we have in place for the protection of our students and staff.
Students who show any symptoms of being sick must stay home (fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, stomach issues, loss of taste or smell).
IMPORTANT: If a student has a fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or more (whether during school hours or at home) the student must stay home and may not return to school until they have a negative COVID-19 test, or a diagnosis from an MD that rules out COVID-19 AND remain symptom-free (without medication) for 48 hours.
Students with symptoms other than fever should follow the same symptom-free policy to help prevent spread of illnesses, regardless of nature. Caution is our best preventative measure when trying to maintain a healthy school community.

Instructions for Ordering Lunch
Log into your FACTS SIS Family Portal page
Click on the 3 bars next to the words Family Portal
Click on Student (down the left hand side of your screen)
Click on Lunch
Click on Create Web Order (in the blue box above the date)
Click on each child’s name, then click on the day of the week you want to order for
Put in the number of lunches you want to order for that day (you’ll need to do the last two steps for each child individually)
Scroll down and click Submit Order.
This will then take you to your payment page. Put in your payment information (you can save your payment information so you only have to enter it once), then click Submit Payment.
Once your payment has been submitted you’ll receive a confirmation email from FACTS SIS. If you don’t receive an email from them, something happened and your payment didn’t go through. Log back into your FACTS account to make sure you completed the process by submitting your payment.
School Picture Makeup Day, Lunch Orders Open, Thanksgiving Feast

Student Picture Retakes/Makeup: Wingard Photography will be on campus beginning at 8:00am Wednesday, November 4 for retakes and/or makeup pictures. If your child was not here for the initial picture day, please make sure that he/she is on time for make-ups. Wingard has a short list and will not be on campus long. There will not be another make-up day scheduled. Please see the Eagle Weekly email for the order form to make your purchase online.
Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of November 16th - December 4th are now open. Orders will close the end of the day Thursday, November 12th.
Lower School Thanksgiving Feast: Lower school students will have their Thanksgiving Feast during their normal lunch period on Thursday, November 19th. Parents, you will log into your Family Portal (RenWeb) account to order the Thanksgiving Feast meal. Orders must be placed by the end of the day Thursday, November 12th. We would love for all lower school students to participate in our Thanksgiving Feast.
Football Volunteers Needed: WE STILL HAVE ONE HOME GAME LEFT this Friday, November 6th and need several volunteers to work admissions, concessions and crew. Please click the link below to sign up. Thank you!
