Final Lunch Order Due: The final lunch order of the school year for April 29th - May 14th is due at the end of the day this Thursday, April 25th. May 15th and 16th all students will bring a sack lunch.

Elementary Art Show: Mrs. Gilbert is hosting an Elementary Art Show on Friday, May 3rd beginning at 7:45am. Parents are invited to walk students into school that morning to see art from Kindergarten thru 5th grade students on display in the hallways. Refreshments will be provided by PTF. Pop Top Tabs Collection Week: This week, April 22nd - 26th, is collection week for pop top tabs for the Ronald McDonald Charities of Arkansas.  This organization provides a “home away from home” including lodging and meals, for families of children facing extended hospital stays in Little Rock. They also host a NICU family room at UAMS as well as a mobile dental unit that provides free dental care to schools around Arkansas.  Send your pop top tabs to school in a Ziploc bag and drop them off in the designated baskets at either campus. 

Employment Opportunities: Conway Christian is looking for a lunch server at our Intermediate/High School for the upcoming school year. This will be a part time position with daily hours from 10:30am - 1:00pm when students are in school. If you are interested, please complete and return the employment application to the elementary office at your earliest convenience. 

Conway Christian has an opening for a full-time custodian (12 months) starting on August 1st. This is an hourly position and comes with all school benefits including, but not limited to, school paid holidays, sick leave and paid vacation.  If interested, please contact Arthur Bennett at abennett@conwaychristianschool.net or call 501-336-9067, ext. 115.

Spring It On Dance Class Winners: Congratulations to Mrs. McRae’s class for winning the pizza party and no uniform day for the highest class attendance at PTF’s 2nd Annual Spring It On sneaker dance!

Early Dismissal: We will have early dismissal tomorrow, Wednesday, April 17th for teacher/staff professional development. Elementary students will dismiss at 11:45. Sixth - 12th grade students will dismiss at noon. 

Music Department Dessert Night and Concert: The CCS music department invites you to their annual Dessert Night concert this Saturday, April 20th beginning at 7:00 in the auditorium. This year, the choir will be joined by our band and will perform an evening of music around our theme of Movie Night! Enjoy approximately an hour of delicious desserts and show stopping performances including songs from Pirates of the Caribbean, Top Gun, The Greatest Showman, Star Wars, and many more. Admission is $10 per person (which includes your dessert) or buy a whole table (6 people for $50) for a better deal! Tickets will be sold at the door or online at the following link:

All funds raised go to our band and choir programs to pay for our equipment, music and competition fees!

It will be on April 23rd, from 10:00am - 3:30 pm in the hallway across from the cafeteria/commons in the elementary school. Students will be able to come with their classes for a 15-minute time slot to purchase books.

Spring It On Dance: The 2nd Annual Spring It On Dance & Auction is THIS Friday from 6-8 pm.  Tickets are available for purchase at the PTF Square site https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/ or you can purchase them at the door. Auction bidding is LIVE ourschool.auction/SPRINGITON! Check out the awesome items we have online or come see them in person THIS Friday and get your bids in - auction closes Friday at 8 pm! For those who are present, we will have door prizes, including $500 off tuition for the 2024-2025 school year. The homeroom class with the highest percentage of attendance will win a no uniform day and pizza party! Don't forget to share the auction link with your family and friends!

Strategic Plan Meeting: Mr. Carson will hold a meeting tonight at 6:00pm to discuss our school’s current position and opportunities for growth. This is part of our new strategic planning process. Any current CCS parent is welcome to attend. The meeting will take place in the Upper School Commons, inside building C (gymnasium). 

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of April 15th - 26th are due by the end of the day this Thursday, April 11th.

Eclipse Photos for Yearbook: CCS Yearbook wants to celebrate the eclipse with you! Please submit photos of you and your family enjoying the eclipse together for consideration for the yearbook. Photos can be emailed to yearbook@conwaychristianschool.net.

Student Council Fundraiser: Student Council is hosting a fundraiser next Tuesday, April 16, to raise money for Soaring Wings Ranch. Soaring Wings is a private, Christian program that provides care for kids in the foster care system. We will be hosting a no uniform day that is a minimum of a $5 donation on April 16th. We are fundraising in order to buy a new washer and dryer for Soaring Wings. This fundraiser is CASH ONLY! Elementary students may pay at the door. Intermediate and high school students may pay in the upper school office. 

Early Dismissal and Extended Care: We will have early dismissal Wednesday, April 17th for teacher/staff professional development. Elementary students will dismiss at 11:45. Sixth - 12th grade students will dismiss at noon. Extended Care will be available for preschool - 6th grade students who are not registered with the extended care program during Professional Development from 11:45a.m. - 3:00p.m. Please contact Kristie Burford at kburford@conwaychristianschool.net by this Friday, April 12th if you will be using this service for the professional development day ONLY. School lunch will not be provided. Please send a sack lunch with your child if they are staying. Extended Care for students that are registered with the extended care program will be available until 6:00p.m.
