Early Dismissal, Lower School Virtual Awards Ceremony, Yearbook Information and more

Early Dismissal: Early dismissal this Friday, May 21st. Lower school will dismiss at 11:45; upper school will dismiss at noon.
Lower School Virtual Awards Ceremony: The Lower School awards ceremony will be Thursday, May 20th, beginning at 9:45 AM. The ceremony will be live-streamed via the Conway Christian Facebook page. Parents will not be permitted on campus for this event.
After School Extended Care Final Day: Thursday, May 20th will be the final day for after-school extended care.
Yearbook Information: Due to COVID and the uncertainty of events, we have extended our yearbook coverage for the entire school year. In the past, the yearbook was completed and turned in to Jostens on March 1st, which prevented us from covering the last three months of school. This year, we were able to have some of our most important year-end events such as graduation and kindergarten celebration in our yearbook. Our Class of 2021 will receive their yearbooks in late July (the date will be announced after yearbooks are delivered). All other students will receive their yearbooks when we return in August, during the first week of classes. We will have both in-person and virtual signing available. If your student will not be returning next year, please email Mrs. Cunningham at scunningham@

Lower School Spring Pictures, Kanakuk KampOut and more

Lower School Spring Pictures: If you ordered Spring pictures, they will be sent home tomorrow, Wednesday, May 12th. If you did not order, you will receive a proof to review along with directions on how to order online should you choose to do so. If you choose to order online, you will have the option to have pictures sent to your home address.
Masks at School: We are almost there! This school year has been one to remember and we are grateful to each and every one of you for your support, encouragement and help. We still need your help to finish strong. Please remind your child to bring their mask to school with them every morning.
Spring Band Concert: This year’s Spring Band Concert (Jr/Sr High Pep Band, 6th Grade Band, 6th Grade Choir) will be tonight, May 11, in the Upper School Gym at 6:00 p.m. Masks will be required for all in attendance.
Kanakuk KampOut: Save the date and mark your calendars for June 28-July 2.CCS will be hosting Kanakuk KampOut Day Kamp Adventure this year. Sign up now! Register at www.cometokamp.com
We will need 6 more families to host the Kanakuk staff (4 homes for guys & 2 for the girls, 3 counselors per home). If you are interested in hosting, please contact Shari Hameister before May 14th at shameister@
