Lunch Orders Due, Volleyball Volunteers Needed, Rules for Athletic Events

Athletic Events: The state of Arkansas is currently allowing all AAA sanctioned sports to go on as planned. However, there are specific rules in place for all events. Primarily the use of masks for all fans, social distancing in the stands, limited concessions and regular bathroom cleaning. One other aspect is the limitation of fans at games. Currently we have a 500 seat capacity at football games and 250 at volleyball games. Because of this, we encourage only parents/close relatives of our students/athletes, cheer, band members and students in the same grades (as participants) to attend these events. No students are allowed to roam gyms/stadiums, all fans must be seated unless moving to and from the concessions/bathroom area. If restrictions are removed, we will notify the school community.
Scrimmage Football Game: Friday, August 28, Conway Christian will play against Dierks. The games are scheduled to start at approximately 6:00p.m with a JH scrimmage followed by the SH game. Volleyball Volunteers Needed: Volunteers are needed to help in the concession stand and admissions for this year’s home volleyball games. Please sign up at https://www.signupgenius.
Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for August 31 - September 11 are due by the end of the day this Thursday, August 27.
Conway Christian School App: We are excited to offer our new Conway Christian School App. It is now available to download for free in the App Store and Google Play Store! We encourage you and your family to download the app. This app will enable us to send important notifications and provide school resources at your fingertips. In addition, you can watch Senior High Football games live by going to the Athletics section of the app.

Yearbook Ads: It is time again for Conway Christian to begin collecting yearbook ads for our 2020-2021 yearbook. We are very excited to see what God is going to accomplish this school year in our students, families and faculty/staff. We are asking for smaller (1/2 page and 1/4 page) ads this year. COVID Plan: We’re off to a great start. Thank you to everyone for following the COVID Plan. As we move forward, to continue the success of the first week, we need everyone to continue with family social distancing, face coverings, etc. while away from school. Please make sure students have their own personal face coverings before leaving the house. We have some extras but supplies are limited.
Lunch Orders: Lunch orders for the weeks of August 17th - 28th are open. Orders will close at 8am Friday, August 14th. If you have trouble placing your order, please contact Sherry Rowlett at srowlett@
2020 CCS Booster Club Golf Tournament: The annual Booster Club Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, August 17. Please refer to your email for entry and sponsorship forms. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office or email Coach Kramer directly at jkramer@
School Pictures: School pictures will be taken on Tuesday, August 25th. PreK students who attend school on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will have their pictures taken Wednesday, August 26th. There will be a make-up day, date to be determined, for students who are absent on either day. Students need to wear school uniforms for picture day.
