Lunch Orders Due, Student Information Forms and Liability Waivers Due and more

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of August 30th - September 10th are due at the end of the day this Thursday, August 26th.
Lower School Back to School Forms: Every student must have a fully completed new student information card and liability waiver on file with the school office each year. If you have not already done so, please complete and return all Student Information cards and Liability Waivers immediately. Click here to go to our website and print the forms.
Substitutes Needed: If you are interested in substituting, please print and fill out an application from our website, and turn in to the office.
School Pictures: If you would like to order school pictures, please order prints online or return your order form to the school office by Friday, September 3rd.
2020-21 Yearbooks: We have a few 2020-21 yearbooks available for sale. The price is $50 each. If you’d like to purchase one of these yearbooks, please contact the Upper School office at 501-336-9772, or the Lower School office at 501-336-9067.
Volleyball Concession Volunteers: Volunteers are needed to help in the concession stand and admissions for this year’s home volleyball games. Please sign up at https://www.signupgenius.

Preschool Drop Off Reminder, Lunch Orders Due, Back to School Forms Due and more

Preschool Drop Off: In accordance with our current Covid procedures, parents please drop off your students at the east door, inside the playground fencing. Our teachers/aides will be there to assist your child into the building.
Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of August 16th - 27th are due by the end of the day tomorrow. Please see the attached document if you need instructions for ordering lunch.
Back to School Forms: If you have not completed and returned your back to school forms for your student, please do so by this Friday, August 13th. It is very important that the school has parent contact information as soon as possible. Click here to go to our website and print the forms. If you are interested in being a part of the PTF, please print the “Interested in Being a Room Mom” form under the Lower School Information section linked above, and return with your other back to school forms.
Yearbook Distribution Tomorrow: 2020-21 Yearbooks are here! Upper School Students who attended Conway Christian for the entire 2020-21 school year will receive their yearbook Thursday, August 12th from 11:00-12:30.
We invite our Class of 2021 to stop by and pick up your yearbooks outside the commons from 12:00-1:00.
Students in the Lower School and Preschool who purchased a yearbook will also receive their yearbook on Thursday. If students are unable to pick up yearbooks tomorrow, please contact the school office to arrange pickup.
Lower School Spirit Day: Fridays are Spirit Days for the Lower School students. Attire for spirit day is either jeans/jean shorts/jean skirts and a CCS t-shirt. If you choose not to wear the denim options please wear standard uniform shorts/pants. Basketball/leisure shorts are not part of the Spirit Day dress code.
PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: Throughout the school year, PTF will hold a fundraiser which allows K5 – 12th grade students to participate in a no uniform day one day each month. The first no uniform day is next Thursday, August 19th.
Students who would like to participate will pay $5 per no uniform day. Lower school students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Upper school students can turn in their money at the office, to Mrs. Martin.
In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here:
There will be a checklist at both campuses for students who have paid through Square.
On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps, sportswear including athletic shorts (shorts must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops or pajamas. Dress must be modest and neat.
