The semester exam schedule is attached to this email. Please review if you are/you have a student in 7th-12th grade. 

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The December PTF no uniform day will be TOMORROW, Tuesday, December 12th. Upper school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts (must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings or holes). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.

Eagle Head Croc Charms for Sale: PTF is selling eagle head croc charms! They are available for purchase through TOMORROW, December 12th for $5 each on the PTF square website (https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/ ) and will be sent home with your child. If you would like to purchase them as a gift or stocking stuffer, they will be available to purchase in person at the elementary office on Wednesday, December 13th from 8:00 am until 11:00 am and on Wednesday, December 20th from 8:00 am until 10:00 am.

This Saturday, December 16th at 7pm is our first annual CCS Music Department Christmas Spectacular. The doors will open at 6:30 pm. This concert will showcase the band, jazz band, choir, and soloists performing an hour of Christmas favorites. Selections include Sleigh Ride, It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas, You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch, Manger Throne, and many other hits. Enjoy hot cocoa and baked goods for sale, door prizes, the reading of a classic Christmas tale and an early visit from Santa Claus. Admission is free, but all donations will benefit the choir and band programs, including new instruments, music and equipment that we need as we continue to grow.

Eagles Nest will be open for instore shopping on Fridays from 7:45-8:45 am - please enter from the exterior door that is between the intermediate and high school building. From November 27th-December 19th if the Friday hours for in-store shopping do not work for you please reach out to Callie Heater and you can make an appointment to come shop!
