ATHLETICS:

Athletic Uniforms: ALL ATHLETIC UNIFORMS MUST BE TURNED IN ASAP. 

ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE AN UPDATED PHYSICAL ON FILE TO BE ABLE TO PLAY SPORTS AT CCS FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR.

Conway Regional Physicals will be held on Tuesday, May 16th at 5:15p.m.

These are free and are for all incoming 7th-12th grade students.

SCHOOL ACTIVITIES:  

Upper School Office direct number: 501-336-9772.

Upper School Spring Semester Final’s schedule:  Please read and review the attached spring semester final’s schedule.

Student end of year instruction: 

1.     All Library books turned in – make sure you turn in ALL library books to Mrs. Monroe.

2.     Online classes – If you took an online class, you need to make sure everything is finalized and completed.  Check with Mrs. Monroe if you have any questions. 

3.     Athletic uniforms – make sure ALL your athletic uniforms are returned to the appropriate coach.

4.     Lockers – make sure everything is out of your locker.  Take everything home. (Reminder: Do not throw anything away in the school trash cans.) Anything left will be thrown away.

5.     Chromebooks – Coach Tibbs  will be collecting Chromebooks in the computer lab on the following days/times:

Tuesday: 8- 9:30 & after 2:00

Wed: 12:35 - 1:15 & after 2:00

Thurs: 8 - 9:30 & after 2:00

Fri: 8 - 9:30 & after 12:30

Mon (05/22): 8 - 12

1.     Chromebook should be fully charged.

2.     Remove all stickers and clean the cover.

3.     $25 for missing/damaged charger

4.     $100 - $150 for any damage to Chromebook

Failure to comply with the above directions will result in your grades being locked in Ren Web and you may not participate in athletics for the summer.
