Lunch Orders Due: The final lunch order of this school year is due by the end of the day this Thursday, May 1st. These orders will be for the weeks of May 5th - 14th. 

• Please see the attached 7th - 11th grade Spring Finals schedule before placing your lunch orders. We cannot issue credits once orders have been placed.

CCS Toad Races: CCS Toad Races will be held in the elementary lunchroom tomorrow, Wednesday, April 30th. Please see the schedule below for race times. Parents are invited to come support their children as they race their toads. Please see the attached document for more details.

• 4th grade – 9:40
• 5th grade – 10:00

Preschool Spirit Day: PTF will host a Hawaiian Themed PreK Spirit Day on Wednesday, May 14th, 9:00-11:15. Volunteers are needed in order to make the day as fun as possible. We need moms and dads to help at the stations to assist in activities. Due to space limitations, we can only have parent volunteers in the play area. Sign up link to volunteer is below.

Elementary Art Show: The elementary art show will be this Friday morning, May 2 from 7:30-8:15. Please walk your student in at drop off to see artwork from all Kindergarten-5th grade artists in the lower school hallways. Your art students have been working hard all year, and we can’t wait for you to see their amazing artwork! If you have any questions, please contact kgilbert@conwaychristianschool.net.

Elementary AR Store Information: The final elementary Accelerated Reader store of the school year will be Thursday, May 8th. The last day to take an AR quiz is Tuesday, May 6th.

Book Fees: All enrolled students will be invoiced a Book Fee based on their grade (K-8th) or class schedule (9th-12th). All required books will be provided to students by their teacher(s) at the beginning of the school year. Book Fees will be invoiced the last week of the current school year and will be due by July 1st. 

Nap Mats: All Pre-Kindergarten students enrolled in the full day program are required to have a nap mat with an attached blanket. Nap Mats can be purchased from the Lower School Office for $35.00.
