Lunch Orders Open: The final lunch order for this school year is now open! These orders will be for the weeks of May 5th - 14th. Orders are due by the end of the day Thursday, May 1st.

• Please check your child’s final’s schedule before placing your lunch orders. We cannot issue credits once orders have been placed.

Elementary Spirit Day: Save the date for Spirit Day 2025! PTF will host a special Hawaiian themed spirit day for Kindergarten - 5th grade Thursday, May 15th. Shirts are available on the PTF square site linked below. Orders are due THIS FRIDAY, April 25th at NOON! 

There will be water this year so there is a Dri-Fit option available.

Backpack Food Drive for Soul Food Ministries: CCS students are holding a food drive for Soul Food Ministries this week, April 21-25. Please see the list below for items by grade. Please turn all donations in to the school office.  

K5 and 1st Grade-- juice boxes, Pop-tarts, small cups of peanut butter, fruit cups

2nd and 3rd Grade -- small protein meals such as individual bowls of mac & cheese or ravioli, individual sizes of cereals, Ramen

4th and 5th Grade – canned chicken or tuna, Ravioli/Spaghetti-O’s/chili/hearty soups/etc., fruit cups or apple sauce pouches

6th -- Canned meal (Ravioli, Spaghetti-O’s, Beef Stew) and juice boxes

7th -- Pop-tarts, chicken and tuna (in cans or packs)

8th -- Macaroni & Cheese and juice boxes

9th -- chicken and tuna (in cans or packs) and fruit cups

10th -- Macaroni & Cheese and fruit cups

11th -- canned meal (Ravioli, Spaghetti-O’s, Beef Stew) and Ramen (dry soup)

12th -- Individual boxes of cereal and Ramen (dry soup)

Faculty and staff -- Any items on the list!!

9th through 12th grade students receive community service hours for their donations. 

PTF No Uniform Day Fundraiser: The April PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be this Thursday, April 24th. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/  

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts of uniform length, and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat. 

Elementary Art Show: The elementary art show will be the morning of Friday, May 2 from 7:30-8:15. Please walk your student in at drop off to see artwork from all Kindergarten-5th grade artists in the lower school hallways. Your art students have been working hard all year, and we can’t wait for you to see their amazing artwork! If you have any questions, please contact kgilbert@conwaychristianschool.net.

Elementary AR Store Information: The final elementary Accelerated Reader store of the school year will be Thursday, May 8th. The last day to take an AR quiz is Tuesday, May 6th.
