SCHOOL PICTURES – TOMORROW!  Order forms are being sent home with 7th – 11th grade today.  You can also order online at https://wingard.inter-state.com/FlyerEntry and entering the Code: 51651FA. Students need to wear a solid color polo and hair needs to be neatly groomed. 
 
LUNCH SCHEDULE:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday
11:25 – 11:45 = 7/8 grades
11:45 – 12:05 = 9/10 grades
12:05 – 12:25 = 11/12 grades
 
Tuesday/Thursday
10:55 – 11:15 = 7/8 grades
11:15 – 11:35 = 9/10 grades
11:35 – 11:55 = 11/12 grades
 
REMINDER PROCEDURE FOR LUNCH OR ITEM DROP-OFF:  Parents - we want to remind you when dropping off lunch or any item for your child, please ring the doorbell and put the lunch or item on the table outside the front doors in the foyer.  Mrs. Martin will come out and get the lunch or item and bring it in the building whenever she hears the doorbell ring.  Thank you!
 
Student Check-Out:  If you need to check-out your child from school, please call the office and we will send your child out to your car.  Please do not come into the building to sign them out.  
 
DragonFly accounts:  If you are a student athlete and have not created or completed your AAA mandated DragonFly account, please do so by the end of this week.  AAA requires this of all schools. Also, if you have not turned in your athletic physical/history forms, please do so by the end of this week. Thank you for your prompt reply.
 
Conway Christian App: We are excited to offer our new Conway Christian School App. It is now available to download for free in the App Store and Google Play Store! We encourage you and your family to download the app. This app will enable us to send important notifications and provide school resources at your fingertips.

Volleyball Concession Volunteers:  Volunteers are needed to help in the concession stand and admissions for this year’s home volleyball games.  Please sign up at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090b45a9af2dab9-lady1. Thank you!
 
Chick-Fil-A Lunch:  This Friday, August 28, will be Chick-Fil-A fundraiser lunch.  Check your email for the order form and return it to the office with your payment by 8:00a.m. Friday morning.  
 
Parent/Teacher Conferences: Parent/Teacher conferences for 7th - 12th grades will be held through virtual meetings. Teachers will be sending out an email with more information in regard to meeting times.
