Eagle's Ledge - Intermediate/High School Announcements

Announcements:

School Picture Day will be Tuesday, August 20th, for 6th-11th grade. This will also be the day for senior retakes. Students need to wear a solid color polo shirt. 

Yearbooks will be handed out next Tuesday, August 27th.

Immunization Information: If you have a student who is entering 7th grade they are due for their updated immunizations. We will need a copy of their updated immunization record once those have been completed.  

All students opting out of the required vaccines should submit their exemption letter for 2024-2025 school year as soon as possible.

Intermediate Bowl-A-Thon (6th-8th grades): Conway Christian School PTF is excited to present the 2024 Bowl-A-Thon. This is a CCS fundraiser that promotes fun, health and fitness. Bowl-A-Thon T-shirts can be ordered through the PTF Square Site: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/ Bowl-A-Thon T-shirt orders are due on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Noon. More information, including the date of the Bowl-A-Thon, will be sent out once details are finalized. 

2nd annual CCS Legacy Shirt/Sweatshirt: CCS Legacy shirts and sweatshirts are available for preorder at the PTF Square site linked below. Orders are due Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Noon. Proceeds will go towards kicking off this year’s PTF teacher appreciation fund which provides classroom supplies, lunches, break room treats, and other assistance throughout the year.

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The August PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be Thursday, August 29th. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants, and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.

If you have already placed an order, we are getting those passed out as fast as possible. We are hoping to have the store online by Friday! When shopping online, please be sure to put your student’s name and grade in the Notes section, we will send your orders home with your student. We currently have a section on the website for “Pre-Orders” which will close on the 23rd. These should arrive on September 9th.
