Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of August 28th - September 8th are due this Thursday, August 24th. 

Due to recent issues with the FACTS Family Portal page, we encourage you to log into your account and place your lunch orders as soon as possible. If you’re having trouble logging into your account or placing an order, please contact Sherry Rowlett at srowlett@conwaychristianschool.net. 

*Please check your child’s schedule for doctor’s appointments, school events, or other days they will not be at school before placing your lunch orders. Because all lunches must be pre-ordered through our supplying restaurants, we are not able to give credits for lunches missed. Lunch credits will only be given in the event of inclement weather or other unscheduled school closings. 

Water Bottle Reminder: Please remember to send a water bottle to school with your child every day. Students need to stay hydrated while running and playing on the playground.

Iowa Assessment Scores Available: Student scores are available for the Iowa tests taken last April. First - 4th grade parents may pick up their scores in the Elementary office. Fifth - 10th grade parents may pick up their scores in the High School Office. 

Back to School Forms Due: If you haven’t turned in your back to school forms, please do so immediately. Every student must have a fully completed student information card and liability waiver on file with the school office each year. Click here to find back to school forms. 

CCS Legacy Shirt/Sweatshirt Orders: CCS Legacy shirts and sweatshirts are available for preorder at the PTF Square site linked below. Orders are due Wednesday, August 30^th at noon.  

Proceeds will go towards kicking off this year’s PTF teacher appreciation fund which provides classroom supplies, lunches, break room treats, and other assistance throughout the year.

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The August PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be Thursday, August 31st. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants (no shorts), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.
