AAA Benefit Games Tonight: Our football and volleyball teams will be playing tonight, at home, in the annual AAA benefit games. Make plans to come out and support our Eagles! The volleyball game begins at 5:30. JH football starts at 5:30 as well. SH football will kick-off at 7:00. Admission is required for entry. The cost is $5 for all fans, including students and pass holders.

Lunch Orders Open: Lunch orders for the weeks of August 28th - September 8th are now open. Orders will close at the end of the day Thursday, August 24th. Instructions for placing your lunch orders are attached. Newk’s Lunches Coming to CCS: We’re so excited to add Newk’s to our Friday lunch rotation this year! The lunch options being offered are a ham and cheddar sandwich with fruit bowl and cookie, a turkey and cheddar sandwich with fruit bowl and cookie, and Newk’s signature 5 cheese macaroni and cheese. Elementary students will receive a 7 ounce portion of mac and cheese with fruit bowl and a cookie for $7, and 6th - 12th grade students will receive a 14 ounce portion with fruit bowl and a cookie for $10.

School Pictures: School pictures for preschool - 11th grade students will be taken Monday, August 21st with Jackie Romaine Photography. Students should wear their school uniform. Upper school students should wear a solid color polo shirt. Please do not wear green for pictures as this color will not show up in front of the background screen. Boys, please have your hair cut according to school guidelines and be clean shaven. Girls, please do not wear excessive jewelry.  We ask that students be modest in appearance. There is no need to pre-order. Proofs will be sent home with students. 

Back to School Forms: Every student must have a fully completed student information card and liability waiver on file with the school office each year. If you have not already done so, please complete and return all Student Information cards, Liability Waivers, and other required forms immediately. Room Moms Needed: If you’re interested in serving as Room Mom for your child’s teacher, please fill out the attached form and return it by this Friday, August 18th.

Elementary Cheer Clinic: CCS Cheerleaders will host their annual Elementary Cheer Clinic for K4-6th grade girls on Saturday, August 26th 9am-11:30am. The cost is $60 (cash or check made out to CCS Cheer). Please return payment and attached order form with t-shirt size by (tomorrow) Wednesday, August 16th. 

We will be cheering at the Friday, September 1st football game.
