We encourage you and your family to download the app. This app will enable us to send important notifications and provide school resources at your fingertips.

Volleyball Concession Volunteers: Volunteers are needed to help in the concession stand and admissions for this year’s home volleyball games. Please sign up at https://www.signupgenius.
Football Concession Volunteers: Volunteers are needed to help in the concession stand and admissions for this year’s home football games. Please sign up at https://www.signupgenius.
Parent/Teacher Conferences: Parent/Teacher conferences for 7th - 12th grades will be held through virtual meetings. Teachers will be sending an email with more information in regards to meeting times.

Concession Stand Open – The Concession stand will offer breakfast items in the morning and snack items throughout the day for students to purchase. We will accept cash or credit card.
SCHOOL PICTURES – Student school pictures will be taken on Tuesday, August 25 with our new contracted company Wingard Photography. We are excited about joining with Wingard Photography and are looking forward to good quality pictures. Order forms will be sent home with students on Monday, August 24.
Absences for Students - This year's student schedules allow for 9th - 12th grade ILT (Independent Learning Time) and 7th - 8th MLT (Mandatory Learning Time) during the day. We would like to ask parents to make every effort to try and schedule any out of school appointments during this time. This will help our students not miss any instructional class time. Thank you for helping us with this matter.

Chick-Fil-A lunch – Choir Chick-Fil-A lunch will be offered this Friday, August 14. Please fill out the attached form and turn in your money to the office. Cash or Check
only.
Weekly Chapel – This year our weekly chapel sermons will be recorded/played on the CCS Youtube website. We invite parents to view and listen to what is being taught each week. Here is the link https://www.youtube.com/
Student’s Academic Progress: CCS is offering a Guardian invite to parents through Google classroom. This will allow parents to see what is being assigned to students and check updated posts from teachers. Just check your email for google classroom.
2020 CCS Booster Club Golf Tournament – The annual Booster Club Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, August 17. Please refer to the attached entry form if you would like to play in the tournament. Also, attached is the sponsorship form if you would like to help sponsor the event. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office or email Coach Kramer directly at jkramer@conwaychristianschool.
