 Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of May 8th - 17th will close at the end of the day this Thursday, May 4th. This is the final lunch order of this school year! Please check your child’s schedule for field trips, class/organization trips and end of the year class parties before placing your order. 

• Kindergarten students should not order lunch for May 12th, 16th or 17th
• Hot lunches will not be served on May 18th or 19th. Students will bring lunch from home on these days. (Centennial Bank will provide lunch (hamburgers and chips) for kindergarten - 6th grade students during Spirit Day on Thursday, May 18th. If your child does not want a hamburger, they may bring lunch from home. Drinks will be provided by PTF.)

Immunization Information: If you have a student who will be entering kindergarten or 7th grade next year, they are due for their updated immunizations before the beginning of the school year. We will need a copy of their updated immunization record once those have been completed.  

All students opting out of the required vaccines should submit their exemption letter for 2023-2024 school year by August 1st.

Book Sale: We will have a one day book sale with Paperpie Books (formerly known as Usborne) in the Lower School library on May 11th. Please check your email for more information.

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The May PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be Thursday, May 11th. All proceeds from the May fundraiser will go to the Powell family to support them in Colton’s fight against cancer. Students will pay a minimum of $5, but may donate more if they choose to do so. Lower school students may bring their donation on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Upper school students can turn their donation in to Mrs. Burbank in the front office. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic shorts (shorts must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops or pajamas. Dress must be modest and neat. 

Lower School Spirit Day: Lower School Spirit Day for kindergarten through 6th grade will be Thursday May 18th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.  We are celebrating the end of another great year here at Conway Christian and have several fun activities planned for your children. All students will be watching a movie and having popcorn in the new auditorium, as well as enjoying some time outside.

Here are a few things you need to know to help your child have a safe, fun-filled day:

• The students will be spending part of their time in the sun. If they burn easily, please send sunscreen.
• Activities for grades K-6th will NOT include water activities this year.
