Thank you from our PTF: Thank you to everyone who made our Spring It On Dance and Auction a success! Mrs. Moore’s 3rd grade class won the pizza party and no uniform day for the highest percentage of attendance at the dance.

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of April 24th - May 5th are due this Thursday, April 20th. Please check your child’s schedule for field trips and upper school club/organization trips before placing your lunch orders. 

5th grade students should not order lunch for Tuesday, April 25th

8th grade students should not order lunch for April 27th - 28th

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The April PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be this Thursday, April 20th. Lower school students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Upper school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Burbank. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic shorts (shorts must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops or pajamas. Dress must be modest and neat. 

Early Dismissal and Extended Care: We will have early dismissal Wednesday, April 26th for teacher/staff professional development. The lower school will dismiss at 11:45. The upper school will dismiss at noon. Extended Care will be available for preschool - 6th grade students who are not registered with the extended care program during Professional Development from 11:45a.m. - 3:00p.m. Please contact Kristie Burford at kburford@conwaychristianschool.net by Monday, April 24th if you will be using this service for the professional development day ONLY. School lunch will not be provided. Please send a sack lunch with your child if they are staying. Extended Care for students that are registered with the extended care program will be available until 6:00p.m.

Lower School Spirit Day: Lower school (kindergarten - 6th grade) Spirit Day will be May 18th. Preschool Spirit Day is Wednesday, May 17th. You may order Spirit Day t-shirts by clicking the link below. The deadline to order is Friday, April 28th. Pop Tab Collection Week: CCS is excited to be participating in the pop top tab program to benefit the Ronald McDonald Charities of Arkansas.  This organization provides a “home away from home” including lodging and meals for families of children facing extended hospital stays in Little Rock. They also host a NICU family room at UAMS as well as a mobile dental unit that provides free dental care to schools around Arkansas. Please send your pop tabs to school in a Ziploc bag the week of April 24th - 28th. Let’s pull together to make a difference!  www.rmhcarkansas.org
