Lunch Orders Due, Subs Needed, No School Friday, PTF No Uniform Day Thursday and much more

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of April 1st - 12th are due TOMORROW. We are closing lunch orders a day earlier than usual this week due to school being closed for Good Friday. 

  • Juniors and Seniors should not order lunch for Monday, April 1st or Tuesday, April 2nd
  • 4th grade students should not order lunch for Thursday, April 11th
  • 1st grade students should not order lunch for Friday, April 12th

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The March PTF no uniform day will be Thursday, March 28th. Lower School students may pay at the door on Thursday morning. Upper school students may pay Mrs. Turner in the office. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here:

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts (must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings or holes). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.

Good Friday Holiday: Our campus will be closed this Friday, March 29th in observance of the Good Friday holiday.

Substitute Teachers Needed: If you are interested in substitute teaching at either campus, please print and fill out an application from our website, and turn it into the Elementary or High School office.  

Kids Run Arkansas Reminder: The deadline to register for Kids Run Arkansas is this Sunday March 31st.  This is also the deadline to ensure you receive an event t-shirt. Click the link below for online registration.

Each year, the schools with the highest percentage of participation are awarded scholarships for their physical education programs. 

Upper School Choir Spring Concert and Art Show: This is the week! Come out to Conway Christian's first annual art show! We will have student work featured from 6-12th grade with a chance to vote on your favorite pieces. There will also be select items for sale and a few to be auctioned. Any profits of the art sale will go towards the art program. The show will be happening along with the CCS choir concert that begins at 7:00 in the auditorium. Doors for the art show open at 6:00 in the auditorium entrance and will feature art in the foyer as well as the hallway leading to the art room. Email Mrs. Pistole at if you have further questions.

We will be working on getting everything online this week for your convenience!

When ordering online- please make sure to put your students name and grade/teacher in the notes section. You can also come in and shop in person at the Eagles Nest on Fridays 7:45-8:45!

Eclipse Photos for Yearbook: CCS Yearbook wants to celebrate the eclipse with you! Please submit photos of you and your family enjoying the eclipse together for consideration for the yearbook. Photos can be emailed to

Spring It On Dance and Auction: Please join us for a family night out at PTF's 2nd Annual Spring It On Sneaker Dance & Auction on Friday, April 12th in the CCS Auditorium. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. The auction will be online and items can be viewed at the event. For those who are present, we will have door prizes, including $500 off tuition for the 2024-2025 school year. The homeroom class with the highest percentage of attendance will win a no uniform day and pizza party! Tickets are available for purchase at the PTF Square site for $15 a person. Booster Club Golf Tournament: Our annual CCS Booster Club golf tournament will take place April 15th beginning at 8:30AM at Centennial Country Club. For more information and to sign up to be a sponsor, please see the attachment and scan the QR code. 

POP TOP TABS DRIVE: CCS is excited to be participating in the pop top tab program to benefit the Ronald McDonald Charities of Arkansas.  Their organization provides a “home away from home” including lodging and meals for families of children facing extended hospital stays in Little Rock. They also host a NICU family room at UAMS as well as a mobile dental unit that provides free dental care to schools around Arkansas.   Let’s pull together to make a difference!

  • Start saving aluminum pop top tabs from drink cans at home
  • Collection dates at CCS:  April 22 - April 26, 2024 
  • You can send them to school in a Ziploc bag and drop them off in designated baskets
