Basketball Game Procedures: We are blessed to have a campus that is easily accessible, however our accessibility is becoming an issue on game nights. We are having issues with students roaming the halls and “playing” in the entrance area of the gymnasium, creating an unsafe and hard to monitor situation. To assist we ask all students to stay in the gymnasium during basketball games. If you could please communicate this to your students we would appreciate it very much.

Lunch Orders Due: Lunch orders for the weeks of February 3rd - 14th are due by the end of the day this Thursday, January 30th. We will no longer be able to accept late lunch orders. Please check your child’s schedule for field trips or absences before placing your lunch orders. 

PTF No Uniform Day Fundraiser: The January PTF no uniform day fundraiser will be this Thursday, January 30th. Elementary students may bring $5 on the morning of the no uniform day and pay at the front door. Intermediate and high school students can turn in their money at the office to Mrs. Turner. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/  

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts of uniform length, and jeans (no jeggings/leggings). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.

Re-Enrollment Deadline: The deadline to secure your current CCS student’s spot for the 2025-26 school year is quickly approaching. Re-enrollment fees should be paid by Monday, February 3rd. There is no additional paperwork required to re-enroll current students. If you have any questions concerning your re-enrollment fee, please contact Business Manager, Melissa Hogue, at mhogue@conwaychristianschool.net. 

From The Nurses Office: The health of our students, faculty and staff is of utmost importance to us. Please keep in mind, during this season, that the sickness of one may affect many. Please be proactive in fighting against the various illnesses that are easily spread during this time by following the guidelines listed below:

• If your child ran a fever today, keep them home from school tomorrow
• If you gave your child medications to control a fever today, keep them home from school tomorrow
• If your child has vomiting and/or diarrhea today, keep them home from school tomorrow
• If your child was sent home by the school nurse with fever, vomiting or diarrhea today, keep them home from school tomorrow

 Eagles Nest: Eagles Nest will be open on Friday from 7:45-8:45 am! You can also shop online at https://conway-christian-eagles-nest-102119.square.site/ - when you place your order please put your students name and grade in the Notes section at checkout. This way we know who to send it home with.
