Announcements:

PTF No Uniform Fundraiser: The March PTF no uniform day will be Thursday, March 28th. Upper school students may pay Mrs. Turner in the office. In addition, parents may pay ahead of time through PTF’s Square account, which can be accessed here: https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/

On no uniform days, students may wear hats and caps (no hats or caps in the classroom), sportswear including athletic pants or shorts (must be uniform length), and jeans (no jeggings/leggings or holes). Students may wear non-CCS t-shirts that are appropriate for a Christian school. Students may not wear tank tops. Dress must be modest and neat.

6th grade girls and all 8th grade students were sent home with a permission form for scoliosis screening. Please sign and return the form as soon as possible. The screening will take place this Thursday, March 28th. 

Upper School Art Show: This is the week! Come out to Conway Christian's first annual art show! We will have student work featured from 6-12th grade with a chance to vote on your favorite pieces. There will also be select items for sale and a few to be auctioned. Any profits of the art sale will go towards the art program. The show will be happening along with the CCS choir concert from 6:30-8:30. Doors for the art show open at 6 in the upper school auditorium entrance and will feature art in the foyer as well as the hallway leading to the art room. CCS Yearbook wants to celebrate the eclipse with you! Please submit photos of you and your family enjoying the eclipse together for consideration for the yearbook. Photos can be emailed to yearbook@conwaychristianschool.net.

Spring It On Dance and Auction: Please join us for a family night out at PTF's 2nd Annual Spring It On Sneaker Dance & Auction on Friday, April 12th in the CCS Auditorium. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. The auction will be online and items can be viewed at the event. For those who are present, we will have door prizes, including $500 off tuition for the 2024-2025 school year. The homeroom class with the highest percentage of attendance will win a no uniform day and pizza party! Tickets are available for purchase at the PTF Square site https://conway-christian-school-ptf.square.site/ for $15 a person. If you or your business would like to donate an auction item, please contact PTF at ptf@conwaychristianschool.net. Donations are due by April 1st. Please see attached flyer for more information.

POP TOP TABS DRIVE: CCS is excited to be participating in the pop top tab program to benefit the Ronald McDonald Charities of Arkansas.  Their organization provides a “home away from home” including lodging and meals for families of children facing extended hospital stays in Little Rock. They also host a NICU family room at UAMS as well as a mobile dental unit that provides free dental care to schools around Arkansas.   Let’s pull together to make a difference!     www.rmhcarkansas.org

• Start saving aluminum pop top tabs from drink cans at home
• Collection dates at CCS:  April 22 - April 26, 2024 
• You can send them to school in a Ziploc bag and drop them off in designated baskets.
