BACK TO SCHOOL INFORMATION REMINDERS:
 
Parent Orientation Forms: Please go to the CCS website and complete the Upper School “Back to School” parent orientation forms: 1) Information Sheet, 2) Standard of Conduct, 3) Liability Waiver.  Forms are due in the office by Friday, August 24.
 
 
Student Academic Locker Padlocks: All 7th – 12th graders are required to have a padlock on their school locker.  Padlocks must be purchased from the upper school office for $10.
 
Student Parking:  All student drivers are required to register their vehicle and receive a parking tag from the Upper School office. Vehicle registration forms are included with the parent orientation forms located on the CCS website. Parking tags are $2.
 
No Cell Phone Use:  Students are not allowed to use their cell phones during school hours.  All devices must be powered OFF for the entire day (7:55a.m. - 3:15p.m.) Please call the upper school office (501) 336-9772 if you need to contact your child for any reason. 
 
After School Pick-up Traffic:  To help with after school pick-up traffic, please follow these guidelines:  left lane for moving traffic; right lane for line pick-up.  Please park in “Row A” in the open parking spaces in the parking lot if you need to wait for an extended time. 
 
IPAD/Chromebook Agreement Forms:  Please read and sign the agreement forms.  Forms are due in the office by August 24.
 
Spirit Day Dress Code: Every Friday will be Spirit Day at CCS!  7th - 12th grade students are allowed to wear jeans and a CCS t-shirt including CCS club/athletics/music/activities t-shirts. 
 
CDL Driver:  CCS is looking for a bus driver to drive the volleyball teams to games.  If you are available to help, please contact the Upper School office at 501-336-9772.
